Got home at 3am last night from New Hampshire. Slept in and didn't get a morning run. Ran at 7:30 tonight and it was about 105 F when we started. Got 11 miles in with 5X90 second hill repeats. Big hills feel so small to me now after all this mountain running training and what I raced this last weekend. I feel really strong and excited to get this training started for Worlds in September.
